 Daniel Brandt

Dean Smith

Dean Smith served as Legal Counsel in the Phoenix office of a national commercial real estate owner and developer, where he performed, as direct point of contact, virtually all legal and pre-development responsibilities in connection with the acquisition, entitlement, development, leasing and disposition of single-tenant and shopping center projects from 1 to 40 acres in multiples states.  Dean currently operates Utah Lease Law and is dedicated to protecting the interests of commercial buyers and tenants along the Wasatch Front.

Brody O’Connor

Brody O’Connor has been inspecting all classifications of commercial properties for the last 15 years.  His company, Wasatch Code Consulting, was formed by firefighters who perform business license inspections for buyers and tenants looking to occupy new locations. After working for many years with Salt Lake City zoning and coding, he wanted to provide a solution to the numerous businesses that have problems with the “Red Tape” surrounding commercial occupancy permits.
